It first came to the attention of the Fiefdom treatise author when watching the American FOX channel and Thomson’s CTV intentionally broadcasted an advertisement for the Winter Olympics. Producers wanted to proudly announce how the Devil’s 666 had been incorporated into the 2010 Games. That led to a retro-reflection on how a combination of personal experiences and academic and legal research led to the finding that Canada’s paradigm of governance and by extension the Chinada imperialistic threat embraced evil in all its incarnations.
There had already been almost twenty years of the most bizarre conduct by police, judges and two law societies when formal research began into the true nature of Canadian governance. It was concluded in the late summer 1997 treatise The Harvest the Custodian Chief Executive had been a human experimentation victim and five years later after the Chretién government claimed national security and injury to international relations privilege in the Federal Court lawsuit and the research project was commenced to determine with accuracy and certainty what was the underpinning circumstance for that unlawful and nefarious program, two moments were the genesis of concluding the country’s political culture harbored an evil-worshipping cult.
The second was articulated in the originally disseminated chapter Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil & Political Rights: Svengali in the Extreme; now mostly reproduced in Submission Three; which was predicated on the first as argued infra.
As a closing remark to the entire submission that to some will be profound and to others a small but important and Fiefdom treatise corroborating eye-opener, of all the thousands of pieces of evidence the Canadian lawyer collected, sifted through and carefully analyzed there was one that stood out as helping to prove Canada’s three sub-factions really loved being evil. If anyone ever wondered why many federal government telephone numbers begin with the prefix ‘666’, now they know. In the Canadian lawyer’s 2003/2004 Vancouver Telus-published telephone book there are 194 federal department numbers with that prefix (having Vancouver’s 604 area code) – and 100 without. Some notable examples include the Federal Court and Tax Court of Canada (Vancouver Registry), Aboriginal Business Canada, Canadian Heritage, Citizenship & Immigration, Industry Canada, CRTC, the Department of International Relations, Assistance & Development, Justice Canada, National Defence Public Affairs Office (Pacific), Veteran Affairs Canada (Vancouver) and Western Economic Diversification Canada.
No government in its right mind, federal or otherwise, would incorporate the sign of Satan in its telephone numbers; that is, unless they loved the fact they were getting away with being as Svengali evil as possible and there was nobody in the country capable of or willing to hold them to account.

With so much evidence of malfeasance, retaliatory dynamics, guilty conscience evidence, confessions, coalition activity and academic and legal commentary it’s likely many of the momentous moments are forgotten or so way back in time they’ve lost their potency. Therefore, the Fiefdom series is launching a new initiative: a retrospective of the highlights and highpoints along the way to democratization and demilitarization for Canada and emancipation and compensation for the Canadian lawyer.
The first topic that is most appropriate for this new project is to reflect back on what caused everything to go wrong in Canada; what was at the root of the Canadian’s predicament and what threatened the United States and civilization – the institutionalized embrace of evil in the country’s political and economic leadership. Everything that is itemized in the Fiefdom indictment results from this phenomenon. Evil is at the root of militarization and institutionalized enslaving experimentation and torture, economic genocide, sexual perversions like hypno-rape, politically motivated schadenfreude (including surreptitious assassination without culpability), economic monopolization and wealth plundering. They were never challenged because of police complicity, malicious judicial bias and media cover-up.
There are many indicia of this evil documented in the Fiefdom treatise that can be pointed to. What well captures this and other proof of evil is when Canada’s three sub-factions confessed to being in love with their role as the Devil’s helper; one instance coming in the form of desecrating the proposed site of the International E.R. Memorial Centre. On May 27, 2006 a confession of evil-worship was observed on the downtown Vancouver site of this proposed construction project:
The communiqué came twenty-two days after President Bush declared war against China and Canada. It reinforced the need to be as aggressive as possible to contain and neutralize the 21st century’s first global hegemony threat. History demanded there be a serious appreciation as to what was being said:
History teaches that underestimating the words of evil, ambitious men is a terrible mistake. In the early 1900s, the world ignored the words of Lenin, as he laid out his plans to launch a Communist revolution in Russia -- and the world paid a terrible price. The Soviet Empire he established killed tens of millions, and brought the world to the brink of thermonuclear war.
In the 1920s, the world ignored the words of Hitler, as he explained his intention to build an Aryan super-state in Germany, take revenge on Europe, and eradicate the Jews -- and the world paid a terrible price. His Nazi regime killed millions in the gas chambers, and set the world aflame in war, before it was finally defeated at a terrible cost in lives and treasure.
Bin Laden and his terrorist allies have made their intentions as clear as Lenin and Hitler before them. And the question is: Will we listen? America and our coalition partners are listening. We have made our choice. We take the words of the enemy seriously.

Three and a half years after the two observations described supra there's more evidence that underscores the coalition's justification for being profoundly trepidatious about the threat Chinada poses. To thumb a collective nose at the partnership, Canadian television producers at the Thomson owned and operated CTV introduced an Olympics promo into a live U.S. television feed that juxtaposed the number 6 three times with the intention of celebrating their evil-worshipping cult:
